Becky Middleton and her band is in session this April and early May.  We're loving their music, and the band is a lot of fun.

We finished our new control room in October, but are just now getting around to writing about it.  Thanks to the incredible design ideas and hard work of Bob Suffolk and the crew of Suffolk Studio Design, we were able to finish our room in record time.  You can see photos of the new room here on our site, and read more about it at the Suffolk Studio Design website.

The Old 97s wrapped up their new full-length CD in January.  The new CD, Blame it on Gravity, is the first CD the band has recorded in Dallas since their debut "Hitchhike to Rhome" in 1994.  We'll let the critics give you the analysis, but we think it's the best work they've ever done, and can't wait to hear the fans' reactions.

The album, which was produced by Salim and engineered by Rip, is the first CD produced in the new studio.  We actually were putting up last-minute bits of trim and paint just hours before the band loaded in.

We're pleased to announce the launch of our new web site.  Our new site will allow us to keep you informed about what we're doing.  We also plan on adding a client log-in area where clients can download their latest reference mixes.
